General Information
The WSC Wellness Center (formerly Rec Center) is a great location for working out and hanging with friends. We have a robust intramurals program, and many of the activities are played here. The 50,000-square foot area includes a six-lane indoor track, courts for basketball, volleyball, and racquetball, and a weight room with cardiovascular conditioning equipment.
Besides open play for students, the Wellness Center also contains classrooms for the Health, Human Performance, and Sport Department, WSC athletic staff are also located within the facility. Rice Arena, home to the Wildcat basketball and volleyball teams, is connected to the Wellness Center.

Regular hours
Monday-Thursday: 6 a.m.-11 p.m.
Friday: 6 a.m.-8 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
Sunday: 1-9 p.m.
Summer hours
Monday - Friday: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Saturday - Sunday: 12 - 6 p.m.
Closures: Facilities may be closed or reservations canceled if conditions warrant such action (i.e. severe weather, repairs underway, interruption of utility services, dangerous conditions, mechanical difficulty). Open hours may also occasionally be disrupted by scheduled activities.
The Wellness Center is closed on New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day, as well as other closed or reduced hours during holidays and academic breaks.

Parking:
- All parking permits for members will be issued by the WSC Financial Services Office, located in Hahn Administration.
- Four marked visitor parking spots are located east of the Wellness Center in Lot 1.
- All parking permits for daily fee users will be issued at the Wellness Center front desk at the time of entry.
- Three designated spots for team bus parking, located on the south and southeast sides of the Wellness Center
- Handicapped parking is available in three locations around the building.
