Fitness Classes
The Wellness Center offers fitness and wellness classes and rooms where you can work out in your own time. We also offer Fitness on Demand, with more than 250 different exercise class choices. Just check out the room key at the front desk and work out anytime!
Fitness classes vary throughout the semester, with past options including:

- Cycle 360
- Cycling
- Killer Kettlebells
- Muscle Max
- Pilates
- Refresh and Fit
- Rhythm Ride
- Spin and Sculpt
- Strength
- Yin Yoga/Hantha Hybrid
You can sign up for fitness classes using the Wayne State Recreation app, or by logging in to the portal.
