If you have special dietary needs or any food allergies please contact us. The G8 station in the Main Dining Hall is unique in that it is intended to provide menu options that are prepared without the eight major allergen containing ingredients or gluten. We also have a registered dietician on campus once a month that works directly with students and the chef to set up a program that meets your special dietary needs. If you have already met with a doctor or dietician, bring your doctor’s requests to the main dining center office, and we will do our absolute best to provide a program that meets your requirements. Also check out our dining website, where you can find menus for each dining location across campus, including full nutrition information and ingredients list.

Food allergy management
Are you a current student with a meal plan and have a food allergy? Let us help you! We take food allergy management very seriously. Using our Don’t Be Shy tool, you can enter your information and alert our staff to your food allergy needs. A Don’t Be Shy card will be available for your mobile phone, or print one out to keep on hand. When you come into one of our dining halls, show an associate your card for personalized service. To discuss special accommodations or dining services outside our currently offered program, please contact Student Disability Services.

A sack lunch program is available for students with conflicting class schedules, those employed during meal periods, and those embarking on clinical practice (student teaching). Arrangements for sack lunches are made in the main dining center office located in the back of the dining hall. For your convenience, meals can also be pre-ordered and picked up using the Boost mobile app.

All dining locations accept cash and credit or debit cards.
