Wayne State College's industrial technology programs, including Construction Management, Manufacturing Management, Drafting and Design, and Safety Management, are accredited by the Association of Technology, Management, and Applied Engineering (ATMAE).

ATMAE accreditation ensures that our programs meet rigorous standards for quality in education and training, and that our graduates are well-prepared to enter the workforce.

Wayne State achieved accreditation in November 2022 and will be eligible for reaffirmation in 2026.

ATMAE is recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) as the specialized accreditor for “associate, baccalaureate, and master’s degree programs in technology, applied technology, engineering technology, and technology-related disciplines delivered by national or regional accredited institution in the United States.” ATMAE has been accrediting technology degree programs since 1974.
