Transcripts and Diplomas

Digital transcripts are the quickest method for receiving your transcript. This is a PDF that can be sent to any email address. Official digital transcripts can be ordered online through Wayne State’s transcript delivery system. Otherwise, transcripts must be ordered in person with your signature. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Transcripts will not be issued if any Student Financial Services holds are in place. Unofficial transcripts may be accessed through WildcatsOnline with your student username and password.

How to order official digital and mailed transcripts

Note: Chrome and Firefox are the recommended browsers for ordering transcripts.

Current students

1. Log in to myWSC
2. Select the WildcatsOnline application
3. In WildcatsOnline, select the "Academics" link at the top of the page
4. Select “Order Official Transcript" located under the My Links section (located on the right-hand side of the screen for desktop/laptop users)

Former students

1. Order your transcript through Wayne State College’s transcript delivery service
2. First-time users will select Create Account. Returning users will provide the information under Returning Users and select Sign In

How to get unofficial transcripts

Current students and former students enrolled after 2010 can access their unofficial transcripts through WildcatsOnline.

Note: Make sure your internet browser’s pop-up blocker is turned off while using WildcatsOnline before trying to view your transcript.

2. Select the WildcatsOnline application
3. In WildcatsOnline, select the "Academics" link at the top of the page
4. Select "View Unofficial Transcript" located under the My Links section (located on the right-hand side of the screen for desktop/laptop users)
