Diplomas

Diplomas are not distributed during the commencement ceremony. They are usually mailed to your permanent home address within six weeks after your degree completion requirements have been verified. All financial obligations must be satisfied before your diploma will be released.

Ordering a replacement diplomas

To order a replacement diploma, download and complete the diploma replacement order form and return with payment to the Office of Records and Registration. Replacements usually take 6-8 weeks for production.
