Terrace is popular with sophomores, juniors, and seniors, but is also open to first-year students as space allows.
About Terrace Hall
Anderson Hall houses up to 160 students and is available to first-year and upper-division students of all majors. It is located on the north side of campus, across from the athletic and recreation facilities and just west of the studio arts and music facilities. Anderson offers air conditioning in all rooms and also boasts a remodeled main lobby and recreation area. Anderson's quiet and friendly atmosphere make it a pleasant place to live and study.
Security: Keycard access to building, key access to rooms. Hall is accessible between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday through Friday; otherwise, keycard access is required. Weekends have 24/7 lockdown, requiring keycards at all times.
