About Terrace Hall
Anderson Hall houses up to 160 students and is available to first-year and upper-division students of all majors. It is located on the north side of campus, across from the athletic and recreation facilities and just west of the studio arts and music facilities. Anderson offers air conditioning in all rooms and also boasts a remodeled main lobby and recreation area. Anderson's quiet and friendly atmosphere make it a pleasant place to live and study.
Terrace Hall features
- Available room types: Standard (double occupancy), single (single occupancy), and premium (single occupancy)
- Bathrooms: Restroom and shower facilities on each floor
- Kitchen: Community kitchen on lower level, next to game/rec room
- Laundry: Free-use washers and dryers
- Game room: Equipped with an air hockey table, pool table, and pingpong table
- Air conditioning: Available in all rooms
- Parking: On site, Lot 9;Off site, Lot 1 View campus map
- Quiet hours: 10 p.m. – 9 a.m.
- Visitation: 24/7 on all floors Visitor and Guest Policy
- Security: Keycard access to building, key access to rooms. Hall is accessible between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday through Friday; otherwise, keycard access is required. Weekends have 24/7 lockdown, requiring keycards at all times.
- Accessible for students with disabilities: No
