Praxis Tests for Teacher Candidates
Praxis tests are national exams administered by Educational Testing Service (ETS). Praxis tests measure a teacher candidate's knowledge and subject-specific knowledge needed for teaching K-12 students. Students typically take this test during their senior year.
As of June 4, 2025, Nebraska no longer requires Praxis exams for teacher or administrator licensure.
