Wayne State's Journalism and Media Education program (7-12 supplemental endorsement) is designed to prepare students for teacher licensure or certification in Nebraska.

The Journalism and Media Education 7-12 supplemental endorsement is designed to prepare students for teacher licensure or certification in Nebraska. A supplemental endorsement cannot exist by itself on a teaching certificate, but is added to a teaching certificate in the presence of other endorsements, which may be earned concurrently or acquired earlier. Prior to being issued a teaching license in Nebraska, students must meet required benchmarks.
