The Service Center helps the campus community with technology-related matters. Whether you're a student, faculty, or staff member, our team works as quickly as possible to reply to technology support needs and resolve your technology issues.
How Can We Help?
Visit help.wsc.edu and login to the Service Portal with your WSC username and password. Here, you'll be able to initiate support tickets for commonly requested tasks, such as repairs and support, ordering software and equipment, moving or setting up technology, requesting system access, software setup and installation, and more.
Call the Campus Service Center at 402-375-7107 to ask a question or report a problem.
You can also chat with our Willy Wildcat chatbot at the bottom of your screen to ask questions and search our helpsheets, or submit a request for assistance.
Drop-in visits for support are always welcome.
