The Campus Service Center, a unit of Network and Technology Services, provides technology support services to students, faculty, and staff to help the campus community with hardware, software, network, and system issues. The center offers assistance with technology-related matters through help requests via the Service Center website, phone support, and in-person support at its location on the main floor of the U.S. Conn Library.
The office serves as a point of contact for reporting technology problems, requesting support for campus systems and software, assistance with network and device connectivity, help with passwords and account access, technology-related questions, and general inquiries about available technology resources and services.

Service Center Hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 10 p.m.
- Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Saturday: Closed
- Sunday: 6-10 p.m.
