Hahn Administration Building

The Hahn Administration Building houses several important offices essential to carrying out the mission of the college. The offices in Hahn are staffed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Academic Affairs

The Academic Affairs Office is located on the second floor of Hahn Administration. The office supports the educational experience of students in undergraduate and graduate programs, academic initiatives, faculty research and teaching, accreditation and assessment, advising, student success, retention and graduation, and academic support, policies, and programming.

Administration and Finance

The Administration and Finance Office is located on the second floor of Hahn. The office manages the fiscal and personnel health of the college, overseeing budgets, accounting, financial statements, human resources, student accounts, financial aid, and facility services.

Accreditation and Assessment

Accreditation ensures the level of quality at Wayne State College. The Office of Accreditation and Assessment is located on the second floor of Hahn and provides resources for assessing student performance, academic programs, and academic departments. Admissions

Located on the third floor of Hahn, the WSC Admissions Office oversees recruitment efforts for prospective students. From showcasing WSC at college fairs to organizing New Student Registration for admitted students, the Admissions Office is here to connect prospective students to the necessary resources for them to start their Wayne State journey. College Relations and Marketing

The College Relations and Marketing Office directs and supports communications, media relations, messaging, and branding for the college. While all people connected to Wayne State are keepers of the WSC brand, the College Relations and Marketing Office provides a foundation with direction and collateral to support the college’s mission and identity. The College Relations Office is located on the third floor of Hahn.

Human Resources

The Human Resources Office is located on the second floor of Hahn and manages payroll, benefits, hiring, and all employment operations for WSC faculty and staff.

Mail Room

Students and staff can send mail on and off campus through the Hahn Mail Room. The Hahn Mail Room is open from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The mail room is located by the east entrance of Hahn on the main level.

President

The President's Office is located on the second floor of Hahn Administration. As the leader of the institution, the president provides a strong hand to guide academic program development, facility renovations, partnerships, strategic planning, fundraising, and visibility of the college through close association with communities, schools, and businesses in the College’s service region and beyond. Records and Registration

The Records and Registration Office tracks students from registration to graduation. It also manages student transcripts, the course catalog, and the final exam schedule. Their office is located on the south side of Hahn on the main level.

Student Financial Services

Student Financial Services helps students navigate college-related finances, including paying college bills and awarding financial aid. Their office is located on the north side of Hahn on the main level.

Wayne State Foundation and Alumni

Located on the third floor of Hahn, the Wayne State Foundation and Alumni Office establishes relationships between the college, students, alumni, and friends by encouraging loyalty, involvement, support, and a lifelong commitment to the college and to one another. The Foundation engenders a sense of appreciation for the outstanding education graduates received at the college and supports the college financially by raising funds to further WSC's mission.
