Have a campus event to share?
Submitting through the Event Submission Form is the easiest way to get noticed. Once submitted, your event can appear on the website and myWSC calendars, digital signage (kiosks), email announcements, and even press releases. We can also provide design support to help your event stand out. Event submissions should be sent at least 10-14 days prior to the event date to ensure proper promotion.

Note: This form is only available to those with an active WSC email account. Event promotion services are reserved for Wayne State College events only. If you are an outside organization partnering with Wayne State on an event, please contact College Relations at [email protected] for assistance.
Event changes and cancellations (important)
If your event details change (date, time, location, presenter, etc.), or if your event is cancelled, please notify College Relations immediately at [email protected] so we can update all promotions, calendars, and media (if applicable).
