About the Organizational Management master's degree program
Wayne State College's Master of Science in Organizational Management is a fully online, 36-credit-hour graduate program designed to strengthen leadership, communication, conflict management, and organizational decision-making skills for a wide range of professional settings. The program combines 18 credit hours of MSOM core coursework with 18 credit hours in a selected focus area, allowing students to tailor the degree to their career goals.
