About the Organizational Management master's degree program
Wayne State College’s Master of Science in Organizational Management is a fully online, 36-credit-hour graduate program designed to strengthen leadership, communication, conflict management, and organizational decision-making skills for a wide range of professional settings. The program combines 18 credit hours of MSOM core coursework with 18 credit hours in a selected focus area, allowing students to tailor the degree to their career goals.
Students may choose from seven focus areas: Criminal Justice Administration, Human Resource Management, Human Performance and Wellness Management, Information Technology Management, Public Affairs, Public Relations Management, and Sport and Recreation Management. This flexible structure helps professionals build advanced knowledge in the area most relevant to their field while preparing for leadership roles across industries, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and other organizational settings.
