Kelly Frese received $1,000 to use towards tuition and fees at WSC.
The annual Golden Apple Scholarship Award was presented to Kelly Frese at the South Sioux City Area Chamber Annual Banquet in January. Frese teaches third grade at Harney Elementary in South Sioux City.
Bart Gotch, president of Siouxland National Bank, helped present the award. The bank is a co-sponsor for the award.
