Showtimes are 7 p.m. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday; and 2 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets are $5 per person and are available at the door. Admission is free for Wayne State students, faculty, and staff with their Cat Card ID. Seating is limited, and there are no reserved seats.
Daniel Sullivan’s bizarre and hilarious take on the timeless holiday story is one that audiences will never forget.
When newly turned actor, Wayne Wellacre, asked to audition at a small theatre, is mistaken for an informer for the National Endowment for the Arts, the inept theatre company caters to his theatrical whims causing their production of “A Christmas Carol” to go horribly off the rails. This hilarious reimagining of a timeless classic is perfect for the holiday season. “Inspecting Carol” is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals on behalf of Samuel French, Inc.
