In fact, it is one of the largest and fastest-growing industries in the world - 1 in 10 jobs worldwide. Cities and towns often focus on developing their infrastructure to make their areas more attractive and accessible for visitors. A minor in Travel and Tourism from Wayne State College can be an advantage for students in a variety of fields, including those in advertising, journalism, and business.
