Jessie (Pontow) Piper ’99 is an instructor for the Technology and Applied Science Department where she teaches interior design and drafting classes. She also serves on the General Studies Committee and Cat Chats Committee, is the advisor for Drafting and Design Club, and serves on the Planning Commission for the City of Wayne.
Before teaching at WSC, Piper worked as a drafter and customer service rep for Homestead Homes, an interior designer for Final Touch, and the internship coordinator for Career Services at WSC.
Piper’s husband, Jeff Piper ’00, continues to work in Network and Technology Services as a digital graphic designer since he graduated from WSC. They have two active sons, Jace and Johen, and a house full of cats. Jessie enjoys doing remodel projects, the outdoors, playing softball and volleyball, and spending time with family and friends in her free time.
