Join us for the release of the 2025-2026 Judas Goat and an open mic. Contributors to the Judas Goat are encouraged to attend and read from their newly published work. There will also be an open mic for anyone who would like to share their own poetry, fiction, or nonfiction. Attendees have the opportunity to receive a free copy of the Judas Goat 2025-2026. 

About the Judas Goat

The Judas Goat is a literary magazine that features the poetry, short fiction, creative nonfiction, and artwork of Wayne State College undergraduate students. The magazine is edited and designed by students in Editing and Publishing classes and published annually by the WSC Press.

Contributors for the 2025-2026 issue include Holly Tomcak, Tony Sims, Cassie Bates, Kalis Swanson, Sierra Bryant, Erin Wagner, Gracie Neth, Claire Mahir Weddle, Liam Hilbers, Abigail Wieseler, Daniel Gannon, William Wilkey, Bracken Ramsdell, Eric Asher, Dorothy Rigg, Justin Kottwtiz, Caroline Rose, Cora Stamm, Lilith Payson, Cristian Betancourt, Dayanera Rullo, Edward Supranowicz, and Karley Schieffer.

We will be seeking submissions for the Judas Goat 2026-2027 this fall! We will be looking for artwork, poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction from WSC undergraduate and graduate students.
