WSC Employee Handbook
WSC provides an employee handbook for basic orientation and employment information. The handbook is the property of Wayne State College, and the college reserves the right to amend it at any time.

NSCS Personnel Policies
WSC is one of three state colleges in the Nebraska State College System (NSCS). The Board of Trustees of the Nebraska State Colleges develops policies and procedures for all state college employees.
