The college uses several channels of communication to notify students, employees, and the general public about campus delays and closures due to severe weather, emergencies, or maintenance situations.
How will I be notified?

Weather closures and other emergency announcements are usually posted at the top of the website in a red alert box above the site navigation. - WSC news page: www.wsc.edu/news-center

Notifications are sent to your Wayne State College email address. Be sure to check your student or work email account for these notifications.
Text message (Rave)
Students and employees can sign up for Rave text alerts through myWSC. Rave is mass notification system used by many government and school organizations.
Local radio/news
