Wayne State College is accepting applications for the position of Licensed Student Counselor to provide professional counseling services to students on academic and personal matters. Responsibilities include individual and group counseling, vocational testing and assessment, program development and evaluation, and campus outreach.
The position consults with academic departments and student affairs staff to support student wellbeing. The counselor may also assist with crisis prevention and support students experiencing adjustment difficulties following major life events. The role maintains confidential student records.
