Facilities Services at Wayne State College is the primary department responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and appearance of the entire campus. The team oversees routine and preventative maintenance, repairs, custodial functions, grounds care, and support services that keep buildings, utilities, and outdoor spaces functioning efficiently and safely for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
Facilities Services coordinates a wide range of activities — from building systems and campus grounds to motor pool support — to ensure a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained environment that enhances the campus experience and supports the college’s mission.
