Francine Fox is an art professor and teaches painting and drawing courses at Wayne State College. Before coming to WSC, she taught a range of fine arts, art history, and interdisciplinary study courses at universities across the United States.
Fox is a nationally and internationally exhibiting studio artist whose work explores the connections of wildlife with human culture and history. Her paintings are an extension of her lifelong love of zoology and the surprises found in nature. Fox's artwork is represented by Kenise Barnes Fine Art in Kent, Conn., and Warm Springs Gallery in Warm Springs, Va.
