Dr. Joni Irlmeier is an education professor at Wayne State College. She serves as the director of the professional development school and presented at the National Professional Development School Conference. She also mentors teachers in professional development schools.
Irlmeier's teaching interests include literacy in K-8 school systems, as well as professional communication. Her research interests are professional development schools, literacy, and student-centered classrooms.
