Student Complaint Process and Procedures

Wayne State College provides an opportunity for enrolled students to submit academic and non-academic complaints. WSC students are encouraged to submit a feedback report. In order for the college to better serve students we need to know about any issues or concerns that need to be addressed.

The WSC student feedback form is available from within WSC's ServiceNow system. ServiceNow can also be accessed from within the myWSC portal.

Once logged into the ServiceNow application, navigate to Submit Ticket in the upper right corner. Search for “Student Feedback Form.” Once you have completed the form, a member from our leadership team will be able to contact you to determine the most applicable resolution process.
