Wayne State’s CARE team acts as an early intervention service to assess and manage potentially dangerous situations, and to assist students who may be experiencing difficulties. The team serves faculty, staff, and students who may have a concern about another member of the campus community. Referrals to the CARE Team are confidential. Once a referral is made, the team will assess the situation and appropriate intervention is determined and/or action is taken.
