A throwing camp (shot put and discus) for athletes entering grades 9-12.

Camp schedule:

  • 1:30 - 2 p.m. Check-in for Session 1
  • 2 - 3:30 p.m. Session 1 (shot put)
  • 3:15 - 3:30 p.m. Check-in for Session 2
  • 3:30 - 5 p.m. Session 2 (discus)

Register for both sessions and save $10! Discount will be automatically applied at checkout when you add both sessions to your cart in the same transaction. 

Limited spots per session. Online registration only. No walk-up/day-of-camp registration.

What to bring:

  • Running and throwing shoes
  • Water bottle
  • Workout clothes
  • Shotputs and discuses
  • Wrist wrap or tape (if needed)
