A throwing camp (shot put and discus) for athletes entering grades 7-9.
Camp schedule:
- 9 - 9:30 a.m. Check-in for Session 1
- 9:30 - 11 a.m. Session 1 (shot put)
- 10:45 - 11 a.m. Check-in for Session 2
- 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Session 2 (discus)

Limited spots per session. Online registration only. No walk-up/day-of-camp registration.

- Running and throwing shoes
