Since 1977 Wayne State College has served as the host site for the Nebraska Business Development Center (NBDC) and is staffed with a professional consultant who assists start-up or existing small, for-profit businesses in Northeast and North Central Nebraska. Some areas of specialization are market research, marketing plans, loan packaging, business plans, strategic planning, financial planning, cash flow budgeting, and capital budgeting. Service is provided on a one-on-one basis and all information is kept confidential.
