The WSC volleyball team tied a school record with their 14th straight win Monday evening, sweeping Chadron State (25-9,25-13,25-14) in Chadron. Jennifer Hefner had 10 kills and hit .714 in the match for the Wildcats, now 15-2 on the season.

Kelsee Katsampes posted the top score for the WSC women's golf team at the Concordia, St. Paul/Wildwood Lodge Invite Sunday and Monday in Lake Elmo, Minnesota. As a team, WSC was ninth with rounds of 363 and 348 for a 711 two-day score.

The WSC men's golf team earned a solid fourth place finish Sunday and Monday at the St. Cloud State Husky Classic in Minnesota. The 'Cats shot 309-301 for a 610 team score. Tyler DeJong and Jake Hirz tied for third overall with 36-hole scores of 147.

The WSC football team is ranked 22nd in the latest AFCA Division II Top 25 Football Coaches Poll released Monday afternoon. The 3-1 Wildcats will host Southwest Minnesota State Saturday at 1:00 p.m.

Concordia, St. Paul scored two early second half goals to record a 2-0 NSIC women's soccer win over Wayne State Sunday afternoon in Wayne. The Wildcats fall to 2-6 overall and 0-2 in the NSIC.

#7 Minnesota State outlasted #20 Wayne State 37-34 in double overtime Saturday night in NSIC football played in Mankato, Minnesota. Frederick Bruno scored three touchdowns for the Wildcats, now 3-1 on the season.
