How to teach in person and have a student join remotely
1. Turn on the projector.
2. Connect to the wireless display in the room.
3. Open your video conferencing software and start presenting your computer screen.
a. Zoom meeting
Note: Presentation remotes are available from your main office if you are wanting to present and advance PowerPoint slides using your own computer.
4. Position the laptop/tablet and camera.
5. Test audio and video.
6. Begin presenting.
7. End presentation.
8. End video conference meeting.
9. Disconnect from the wireless display.
10. Turn off the projector.
