Students should be prepared to pay miscellaneous costs as noted below, in addition to tuition, fees, room and board.
Books and Supplies
Textbooks typically cost an average of $550 per semester. Books are purchased separately and available through the WSC Bookstore. If you have excess financial aid, you may be eligible to purchase your books five days before classes begin and during the first two days of classes each semester and have the charges applied to your student account.
Each student is provided a Cat Card for use in the U.S. Conn Library, Dining Hall, Cat's Corner, Jitters, Red Mango, Recreation Center and for campus activities. The Cat Card should be kept by the student from year to year. New students will have their photo taken during New Student Registration in the summer. Cards will be printed and distributed to students during New Student Registration. Replacement cards can be obtained from Student Financial Services at a cost of $20.00 per replacement card.
