Application Processing Charge
To reside in campus housing, a student must submit the application for on-campus housing along with a $50 one-time* non-refundable application processing charge. The processing charge is not a partial payment of room and board and is NOT returned to the student when he or she leaves campus housing.
*The application processing charge is a one-time charge and will apply to future contracts provided that the student continues their stay in the residence hall for consecutive terms (excluding summer). Should a student leave the residence halls and apply to return after the start of a new term, the student is required to pay a new non-refundable application processing charge. Payment of the room charge entitles a student to occupy a space, as assigned by the Office of Residence Life, only while the College is in session.
