Wayne State College is rapidly emerging into one of the most dynamic, small, regional public colleges in the Midwest, located in Northeast Nebraska, close to Sioux City, Iowa and within two hours drive to Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska. With a student population of 3500, the college is a focal point and catalyst in Northeast Nebraska, not only for education but also for community and economic development, the arts, and cultural activity.
