Wayne State College is delighted to announce the return of the illustrious President’s Holiday Gala at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 12, in Rice Auditorium. This annual Black and Gold Performing Arts Series features performances by the WSC Department of Music. The gala is free and open to the public.
Recognized as the premier holiday event in the region, the hour-long Gala is the perfect prelude to the festive season. Repertoire spotlights choirs, instrumental ensembles, and audience sing-alongs. Selections include familiar favorites as well as jubilant gems.
Doors open at 1:30 p.m. Concert-goers may enter through the west or southwest doors. Adequate parking is conveniently accessible to the west or south of the auditorium. A reception, sponsored by WSC President Marysz Rames, follows immediately after the concert in Rice Auditorium.
