Network outage resolved - 1/3/18

It took a while, but we believe we’ve recovered the bulk of the system from the vendor induced outage earlier today.

It took a while, but we believe we’ve recovered the bulk of the system from the vendor induced outage earlier today.

We are still having a bit of an issue with password changes flowing across all systems properly.  We’ll continue to work on that until it’s resolved, but it should only impact those people who have changed their password since noon today.

Our sincere apologies for the interruption of your work for the day.
