Robinett is looking forward to associating with alumni, sharing their excitement about WSC and broadening support for the college.
“I am honored and beyond excited to be Wayne State’s new Director of Alumni Relations and to get to work with the great Wayne State Foundation team,” Robinett said. “I am anxious to meet and work with alumni that are just as passionate about Wayne State as I am. I especially look forward to developing programs that further unite our young alumni, planning new and existing alumni events, and increasing communication with our alumni through various media platforms. Most of all, I take great pride in the opportunity to help give back to an institution that shaped my future, and to people who have always been supportive and encouraging of my endeavors.”
“I have so many fond memories of Wayne State College, and they keep accumulating the longer I’m here,” Robinett continued. “I had such a wonderful college experience here as a student and was presented with many great involvement, learning and personal growth opportunities. What I especially love about WSC is the people. The faculty and staff here are phenomenal – so forward-thinking, passionate, kind and caring. My colleagues are not only admirable professionals, but sincere friends. Our alumni are no different. Wayne State is blessed with very supportive and generous alumni who equally value the experiences they’ve shared as students.”
Robinett lives in Wayne with her husband, Jon. She also runs her own photography and graphic design business, LMB Visual Creations, in Wayne.
