Gently used career clothing items can be donated at various locations in Wayne and on campus.
Wayne State College’s Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Collegiate chapter is holding a Wildcat Career Clothing Drive now through Monday, Oct. 7. The clothing drive is part of a service-learning project with the Wayne State Food Pantry.
Career clothing is being sought for students before the Career and Internship Fair on Wednesday, Oct. 9.
Those wanting to donate gently used career clothing items (dress pants, skirts, jackets, shirts, belts, ties, shoes, etc.) may do so at the following locations: Herman Chiropractic, 1302 West 7th Street in Wayne; Micah’s Closet, 602 Main Street in Wayne; State Nebraska Bank in Wayne (main branch at 122 Main Street, campus branch at 1010 Main Street); the dean’s office in Gardner Hall at Wayne State; and the Student Financial Services Office, room 104, in the Hahn Building at Wayne State.
