Whether your passion is creating new worlds through fiction or conveying a vibrant illustration of true events, the Creative Writing minor at Wayne State College will help you develop the language and linguistic skills to put your story into written words. Here you’ll learn to use language as a form of creative expression by practicing writing through different styles and in different genres - short stories, poems, and creative nonfiction. English literature will also broaden your horizon in the field, ranging from classic to contemporary. With a Creative Writing minor from Wayne State, you can look forward to developing and honing your creative writing skills within a dynamic writing community.
