Dr. Brian Hanson is an assistant professor of political science at Wayne State. He teaches courses in American politics, public policy, and statistics. His research interests included public opinion, health policy, and immigration policy. Dr. Hanson’s research on rural public opinion has been recognized by the Western Political Science Association, and he has conducted research on health policy as a Rural Health Fellow for the National Rural Health Association.
