Tobin Streff

Tobin Streff is a counseling instructor in the School of Education and Behavioral Sciences. His primary focus is the undergraduate human services degree. In addition to the undergraduate program, Streff also teaches graduate classes with a focus on those related to drug and alcohol counseling. Streff has been providing counseling in Northeast Nebraska for the past 15 years as a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor. Streff had also taught adjunct classes related to the drug and alcohol license. He currently is the chair for District 3 of the Nebraska Counseling Association.

Streff teaches a wide array of the Human Services classes. His primary focus is on Introduction to Human Services, Group Strategies, Human Services Seminar, and internship. Streff also teaches those classes related to substance abuse and cooccurring disorders.
