Completers Hire Ability (Advanced)
Completers hire ability is computed as the percentage of advanced program completers each year (based on data from Wayne State College) who are listed by the Nebraska Department of Education as having been originally employed in a Nebraska school district in their area of study during the following year. Data represent newly hired advanced-level graduates only.
