Employer Satisfaction (Advanced)
Data were gathered related to employer satisfaction of first-year school administrators in Nebraska through the Wayne State College Mentor Satisfaction Survey. Field-based mentors of administrative graduates in the 2020-21 academic year rated school administrators for effectiveness as a school administrator during their first year as school administrators. Mentors responded overwhelmingly that school administrators who graduated from Wayne State College were effectively prepared for their positions. A summary of these results follows.

Note: Advanced program data regarding employer satisfaction are only available for the School Administration program for the 2020-21 and 2021-22 academic years.
2022-23 data for Employer Satisfaction for advanced candidates is currently not provided by the Nebraska Department of Education to institutions. Wayne State College is currently working to develop an Employers Satisfaction survey to be utilized for this data measure beginning for 2024-2025 completers and will be available for the first time by no later August of 2026.
