Jeff Fisher is an instructor of accounting at Wayne State College.
Before joining Wayne State College in 2019, Fisher was a practicing certified public accountant in Oklahoma. Prior to entering the accounting field, he founded and served as CEO of CD Exchange, Inc. (Oklahoma), from 2002 to 2010. He also served as an area manager for CD Warehouse, Inc., from 1998 to 2002 in Oklahoma City and the surrounding area. He is a licensed CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified of Public Accountants. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Robert Morris University to complete his transition into academia.

Academic Interests
Fisher’s teaching interests include financial and managerial accounting, assurance services, and information systems. His research interests focus on the effectiveness of student-centered pedagogy in the classroom.
