Liz Viall is an associate professor of communication arts at Wayne State. Her teaching career of more than 30 years led her to universities in Texas, Illinois, Colorado, and now Nebraska. She teaches Communication Law, News Writing, Photojournalism, Agricultural Communications, and Integrated Brand Promotion. She advises the student-run newspaper, The Wayne Stater, as well as the Photography Club, and the Agricultural Communicators of Tomorrow (ACT) Club. She is also the editor of the FFA Alumni and Supporters Blue & Gold magazine for the State of Nebraska. Before teaching, she worked for 10 years as a reporter, photographer, and editor of community newspapers in Washington State.
