College Master Plan
The Wayne State College Facility Master Plan provides the College with a strategic facilities vision through 2032. The Master Plan lays out a vision for the future that is an extension of the College’s Strategic Plan. This vision was conceived through workshops in conjunction with the consulting firms of RDG Planning & Design and Advanced Engineering Systems, Inc. and the College steering committee as well as campus and community stakeholders over many months combined with a thorough analysis of campus buildings. The Facility Master Plan provides a guide for future facilities planning to meet the needs of our current and future students, faculty, and staff.
