Senior Gift Challenge

The Senior Gift Challenge, which started with the Fall 2018 class, aims to create a culture of giving back to Wayne State among each graduating senior class by asking students to pledge the amount of their graduation year to the Students Assisting Students Endowed Scholarship. The Senior Gift Challenge also helps complete funding needed to endow the scholarship.

The Senior Gift Committee, made up of students from Student Senate and the Philomathean President's Honorary Society, helped promote the campaign and encouraged students to participate. Students who pledge to support the scholarship are given a philanthropy medal to wear at commencement.
