Neihardt Hall is a popular choice for upperclassmen residents because of its large rooms with new furniture. In addition to study rooms, TV lounges, and laundry facilities on each floor, Neihardt offers an attractive main floor lounge and a large basement recreation room and kitchen that are popular places for student social events. Neihardt Hall houses students enrolled during the summer terms and is fully accessible for students with disabilities. Extremely limited availability for freshmen as space allows.

Visitation: Neihardt Hall offers 24-hour, seven-days-per-week visitation on all floors.

Capacity: Neihardt's four floors house up to 162 residents

Layout for Pile, Neihardt and Terrace Halls

Furnishings: Each room has a bed, desk, and chair for each student, one dresser to be shared, and a lavatory/medicine cabinet.

Bathroom facilities: Each floor has multiple restrooms and showers.

Air conditioning: Neihardt is air-conditioned.

Laundry: Neihardt is equipped with coin-operated automatic washers and dryers.

Keys: Room and mailbox keys are issued.

Refrigerators: Only one refrigerator per room is allowed. Refrigerators must be UL approved and cannot exceed 5 cubic feet or operate on more than 120 volts. A refrigerator rental service is available.
